I made the biggest mistake... I checked the TTN reviews and could see bad remarks. But the sales person Aradhya (he is a big liar... don't trust his words). said that these are the lies and if connection goes down then it would be back in maximum 4hrs. This is the second month of my pathetic journey with TTN. And almost everyday I face one or other problem. It's either with speed or line issue. The customer care people are pathetic. The simply inform that it's not possible to fix now and then hung up. I called up this sales person informing the same. He then mentioned that the 4hrs SLA is only in day time (their day starts from 10:00 AM). During night if the connection goes down then need to wait for it to be fixed till next day. When I asked for disconnection, he mentioned that they don't need customer like me (customer's who ask questions ???). They are simply don't care type people. All they want to sell the connection and cheat the customers.

so I asked them to provide a connection and paid money. they managed to make internet working in 1day. then problem started, daily I have to call their agent to fix internet issues. during holidays the internet goes off for days, they don't even pick my call. it was like purely one month harassment. then in the middle of the month I asked that guy to refund my money. he said fine he will refund after that he stopped picking up calls. I called TTN customer care. they said they will help me with refund but till date I never received any refund.
I even mail them at their email address. everytime when I mailed they calls me and gives false promises.
I will strongly suggest not to use TTN broadband. they are cheaters and looters. if you are staying in doddakanehalli, sarjapura road, this is what you will get.
