I was refunded by credit card for the sum of £22.50 for the appalling food served on flight tom 2744 on 9th june 2019. This credit has never been processed. I made an online complaint on17th june 2019 and still have had no response. I sent a letter to chief exec on 16th july, still no response!
I rang yesterday to complaints team and was assured by divyansh that a manager would ring me within the hour and i would receive an email response within 24 hours. Still no response.
