Hello sir i have purchased mobile handset through online shopping portal turbooshop on 16/07/17 (16 july). Its delivered me on 20/07/17 (20 july). They send me duplicate mobile handset & also send fake invoice with charged vat 5% instead of gst on 16/07/17. Becoz vat invoice is not valid after 30/06/17. Now they denied to issue gst invoice.. They clearly cheat customers as well as government through selling duplicate items & collecting tax via fake invoices. I request you to plz look into this matter & take action against this fraud online portal company.. Here attach the proof of invoice.
And i am not recev in invoice this product

FAKE MOBILE PHONE GIVEN!! The 3310 phone on the website looks like a nokia 3310 but a fake chinese phone was given instead. There is no clear return policy also. REFUND MY MONEY FOR ORDER NUMBER T42936 or I will take you to the consumer court!!

We have mentioned that the product name is 3310, it is a new unbranded phone and comes with 6 months warranty. It is provided by Warranty Value.This is not Nokia mobile.

Received product in good condition, but not working.
Battery not charging.
Charger not working.
It is mandatory to keep your warranty card and invoice to claim the warranty.
