Turkish Airlines — Delayed baggage compensation: non refund of agreed amount

I travelled from Mumbai to Milan via Istanbul on 22/11/2015. My checked in baggage did not reach Milan.It was agreed that I could buy necessary clothes for one night and claim reimbursement. I purchased normal cloth items for Euro 119.55 and claimed reimbursement.After a series of follow up I was informed that my claim had been approved for Rs8423 and I was asked to submit original documents and my bank details by speed post which I did on 30/12/2015. Again after several reminders also money has not been transferred to my account. Their email regarding approval of claim had come only after I informed them of your offices with my complaint. This clearly shows their intention of delaying/denying genuine claim.
