I have taken a car from maruti suzuki true value through tvs credits on jun'18.

The original rc card was not surrendered to me and told by them is after six month they will issue the original rc card.

But still the original rc card is not returned to me, when i inquired about this in tvs credits (Vellore branch). They suggested to speak with branch manager, but he is not available in the office all the time.
