We have received an SMS stating the below --
Hi, EMI of Rs.2919 for JUN-21 against loan no. TN3007CP0000175 is dishonored due to FUNDS INSUFFICIENT
For your kind information there was sufficient funds in my Bank account .On what basis we have received the sms of insufficient balance.
Because of your mistake my Bank has charged me the bounce charge of RS 295 and you have also charged penalty.I also attached bank statement but there was no revert on the complaint.It was auto closed without any clarification
Kindly clarify on the same at earliest or else I will have to escalate it.We are not going to pay any penalty on the same. Was this information helpful? |
