I have been a tvs customer for 2years now, however the experience which i have recieved from the official service centers are down to earth. Being given my bike for service for about 8times, not once have i been satisfied with the work being delivered or the service provided. Everytime i raise an issue and by fixing it, there is an other issue being brought forth and such is the case. For example, my front brake shoes had to be replaced due to their performance and by fixing it, technicians screwed my abs system and now it's behavior is being un answered by any available official available in the service center. Secondly to fix and issue with petrol filter, team had opened the fuel tank and reattached it but improperly. Due to this, bike started raising un-wanted noises and best part is, even when reported, service center technicians denied of any fault in it. I had to get a guy from sc (Service center) to ride along me and prove him the problem.
If such things keep going without any timely checks, i see to no pride in owning a product of 4the largest manufacturer tvs group.
