[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — bad service from dealer | |||||
I have purchased a scooty pep last year which had some damage on back handle bar. The dealer said they will replace it when i will be back to service. I have since gone for service almost 3 times and they always behave like they don't know the issue in first place. Last month the color of the vehicle has started wearing off for some reason. When asked in service they said to convey it to the salesman who sold you the vehicle. What is the relation of this issue with the saleman? Also when i recieve call from local or central call center to ask about the service rating, i tell them the issue and they always simply end my call saying "we can't take such complaints on call" what the hell that does that even mean? I own other indian brand vehicles like, tata and hero. And tvs service is not even 10 % compared to both of them. Worst experience : ( Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought appacha ente 160 from naman motors kasaragod. On 05/06/2017. Now it's battery is weak, one cell is damaged but they are not willing to replace it. Warranty period is 1 year... This is the 11th month...
