Dear Team,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased TVS Jupiter on 29th Oct 2019 & lastly I kept my vehicle for service within warranty period which was 23rd Oct 2020.
While keeping for service I said service manager that Battery is not working properly. Please have a look and if any major issue please replace it. He checked and said that your Battery is not working. Than Service Manager & Owner (TVS ZUMBERWALA) said that due to Covid-19 due to shortage of supply of the vehicle parts we are unable to replace it now but will definitely replace in next service. On trust basis I haven't asked for in writing & 2nd time when went for service they said will not change due to warranty period is over. Go through below details for your ready reference.
