Tvs Motor Company — bike almost killed me (manufacturing error) | |||||
I was gifted a tvs sport bike. Loved it but it stopped while running at 80kmph and a truck at that speed hit me from the back leading to a critical accident. I have to book a pick up and tow my bike home medical and pick up costed me 4000 rs and i raised complain they just changed a wire and coil and not a complete replacement. I almost died during that accident and these guys didn't replace the adapter.. The bike broke and they asked me to claim it and i did but the insurance did not give replacement for all the parts.. The seat tore due to the accident and the mirror we're i had to buy with money.. Tvs sport bike is not safe and can kill you.. Trust just research all your sold sport bikes 50%have the same issue... Many have paid and replaced.. Since this has cost me so much inconvenience caused i want the company to give me the best and safe bike as a compensation.. Poor customer support at deep tvs.. This is what i get in reply... Shame on u tvs.. Dear jaykumar ji, With reference to your complaint number 121727 related to tvs sport. As discussed on 04.10.2018 you have claimed your vehicle under accident repair. And replaced all the parts which has cleared by insurance company. 3 parts mirror, seat cover and footrest has not covered in vehicle, as mirror was not available in vehicle, seat cover damage not cover and in footrest only rubber was damage, for that reason only these 3 parts not covered under claim. For any further detail you can contact to insurance company on contact number [protected] (Mr. Darwan) The bike stopped due to manufacturing error by tvs not the insurance.. I paid the premium for insurance not tvs. Consumer team: personal please take a tvs sport bike and push it 15-20 km with broken parts and crying all the way no one to help me hands legs injured torn dress still tvs do not have the guts to help their customer with warranty period.. (Damm i need supreme court to stop insurance for vehicles.. Why do i pay and get insurance and they can't fix it...) Back to point i request to take action.
