I gurubasavaraj dg had purchased apache 200 bike from one of your dealer, ujjala motors dvg (Dealer code 11091) with employee reference to avail discount. I want to complaint about the manager, mr manjunath of that show room. He called (May be on 22nd/23rd nov 2017) and informed me to come and collect the discount amount. I travelled from my native (On 2nd dec 2017) which is 80kms from davanagere and just 15mins before i could reach there i called the manager and checked if he is at the showroom, he asked to come and collect the amount from the cashier. I reached the showroom and did not find the manager, neither cashier was aware of refunding of my amount. (Proper handover was not given by manager). Called up manager hell lot of times but and call went unanswered. Waited there for near to 45 mins hoping that manager might call back.
I think this is not acceptable from such a reputed company such as tvs, company gives the offer to the customers and the dealers will not take much interest to just refund the amount that company pays them. They act as if they are paying from their pockets. The act or carelessness shown by the manager of the show room is not totally acceptable.
Hope my complaint will be taken care of and necessary actions would be taken on the manager and he would be instructed not to repeat the same with other customers also. This is my humble request Was this information helpful? |
