[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — complaining for late insurance claim and services

Here is the image of receipt for insurance claim,,,
I have bought a scooty jupiter zed x a 2 months ago from green tvs showroom in u block, dlf -3, gurgaon, their service are very poor, they never complete their on the given time, before a 15 days ago an accident happened and scooty damaged so i have visited to the showroom they gave me 7 days to get my scooty back now they are not picking my phone, never every they called back, now they are saying that they need extra weeks...
They also till now given no number plate, no rc book, and always asking for cancel check..
I want my scooty in time or else i will stop payment of emi's

They never respond to me and also i have raised a complaint on thier official website with my contact, they are showing them publicly as they said the contacts would be private, and all the customers calling on my number for the complaints, very good respnse to tease thier customers, i am very satisfied with that, but one thing I request to tvs compnay to delete my complaint from their official website, as soon as possible,
