Hi sir im martin john from kottayam kerala i have a complaint about complaint about kottayam TVS puliyannoor my vehicle is RTR 200, and on 25th 2017 december i met with an accident and the maintanance will cost about 60000 first the showroom authorities said there is no need of GD entry for claiming the insurance charge they" have doing these type of cases daily" and after two weeks they calls me and told, they can't done it without G D entry and we have to pay the total amount .we tried for GD entry again then police said that it should be get i 4 days within the accident date and it's late This time i'm not there . now they were saying that they didn't said that "there is no need of GD entry" and they are shouting us and saying they can't do anything, . if you can pay the amount we will so the service i hope there will be a positive action from you ...
