Hi, This side akash kumar customer of tvs motors. I purchase my bike in january 2017, from day 3 i was facing the issue with the bike. I was going to service center every 3rd day with new issue in bike. Now 1 month perior i put my complaint for some brake and gear nd some more parts but the complaint has not been closed yet. Area engineer's also not taking there responsibility to tell the customer where the problem is to close the complaint. They are not taking there responsibility. 90% parts has been got changed in my vehicle. Was this information helpful? | |||||
