Sushant Patil contact no [protected]/[protected] Customer Service Manager Supreme TVS Dear Sir\Mam I Sushant Patil had purchased TVS NTORQ from SUPREME TVS. ON 9/4/18.I bought from Ulhasnagar- 421003 I am disappointed becuse first I selected my Choice Number and was assured that the respective choice Number will be given to me .But the agent has not given respective number and gave me another number.Itotally dislike your service and even I kept my vehicle at your Showroom.Please give me respective number or else I dont want your Sevice.Just payback my amount.Thank U. As a said i brought TVS NTORQ from SUPREME TVS Ulhasnagar on 9/14/18. also i mention in previous mail that i also applied for choice number at that time they said ok they will provide choice number but they give mi another number due to miscommunication between showroom & their agent. to discuss on choice number i went to their showroom, the showroom manager Tushar Nenvani Using rude language with us, He gave THREAT, that You know i am son of VIJU CHIKANE & You know Vaibhav Haidas, i said No then he told mi very soon you will know who they are...
what is this??
is this Your way to talk with customer??
is this way to maintain relation with customer??
Totally disappointed...
Never Accept this type of response from TVS TEAM.
How we will refer other people to buy TVS bikes if this type of response we got from Your Team.
As earlier mail as said the bike still in showroom, if Your Team able to give my choice number then i will pick up my bike from showroom, if this is not possible your team then refund my money, No further discussion with SUPREME showroom Manager Tushar Nenvani because he didn't have seance how to talk with Customer.
also respective action expected from your side on SUPREME Manager Tushar Nenvani .
Positive Reply & Action Expected From TVS Team.
