Hi tvs, i ride apache rtr 180 abs since 2016. I regularly service my bike from your authorized tvs service centers (Esp. Saibaba tvs chinchwad) around 6 m months back when i went there for servicing they offered me some dealer specific amc service scheme for 1000/- which offers discounts and free service charges for 4 times in a year, according to deal it was communicated that it is applicable for all saibaba tvs across pune region including hinjawadi and bhosari branch. Later few days back when went to hinjawadi branch for servicing while taking in my bile they took this so called service coupon and didn't argue, they bypass system generated job card giving reason that printer is not working. Next day when i went for bike collection, that time manager refused to grant me discount as they said their system doesn't allow coupon code, and arguing that even name of dealership is same we have different dealer codes. I explained her that your center address is mentioned on this scheme leaflet also while purchasing i was sure that chinchwad center manager told me it is allowed at all branches. When i asked to call that manager then suddenly she was ready to offer me discount and accept coupon. Her tone was not good, the way she was talking to me was not correct so i have to raise my voice too.
My entire point is if tvs claims 100% customer satisfaction, why company allows such ponzi schemes at dealer level. Shouldn't be their must be regulation against such customer binding and attraction schemes? Was this information helpful? |
