[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — defective model provided | |||
I buyed jupiter zx on 11/12/17. After using it for 2 months, it caused spondylolisis of hand through which we came to know that the model provided to us was defective. The treatment of spondylolisis has costed more than 50, 000/- still the seller is providing me the same defective piece. The model is in the service centre since 1 month. I wouldn't take the same defective model back. Instead provide me a fresh model and even provide me with the benifit of the hospital charges that took place for the treatment of spondylolisis ehich was caused due to your defective model. -mahendra shah Was this information helpful? | |||
