[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — Engine replacement

I am privillege customer of Tvs. i own the tvs NTroq 2/11/2018 model with tha vehicle number KL63F4177. i gave my vehicle for service in Trichur Automobiles Chalakudy(I bought vehicle in this showroom) on 15/2/2021and i got reply only on 23/2/2021 as the problem is that of Engine Seizure But my vechile is in Warranty Period. And I give my vehicle in this showroom for service every time without any fail. And I am attaching the details of its last sevice. i would like to put into your notice that
i got negative and completely irresponsible feedback from retailer. They are Unable to provide me the details of my previous services. I am worried about the situation of my vehicle engine as it is in its warranty period. I kindly request for an Engine replacement
