[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — extended warranty

I have purchased a duster from tvs branch in kochi 2016.
At the time of booking i requested to add extended warranty and the was clearly marked in the booking form.

But recently when i visited their service center for a repair i came to notice that ew is not included in this vehicle.

I contacted their office saying that there is check uncollected from 2016 as the amount was little less (Approx. 2000rs) than the ew cost.

Please refer to my payment transactions that money was never a problem to void the ew.
No official communication from tvs to me on the balance amount till i raised the flag.
No bank loan was involved in the purchase, that the bank refused to pay or add the extra 2000 to the initial amount. The final amount was transferred to the tvs account after consulting the sm who was communicating to me by email. Copy of the same is attached for your reference.
If there was a shortage in funds he should have communicated to me. As per the sm at kochi, they informed my son which he refutes, if it was true the should have been collected money earlier.

A customer survey was conducted immediately after the delivery.
And we were not happy with whole dealings as there were many promises at the time of booking and very little was delivered actually. I have no complaints on that, but the survey result was informed to the show room manager and then both the agent and the manager called us "how can you say not satisfied"
This is totally against the ethics of customer survey by revealing the information and will not improve any of their services, if they follow similar practices. Instead of getting the things right, both of them were very angry on us because of the result.

Please find the attached copies of fund transfer and emails. I have been writing to the tvs branch manager but she is not willing to accept anything. Always insist to take ne ew which renault may come up in next month. I have been asking them to deliver what was paid for in 2016, not to buy a new contract.

I request your kind attention to this matter and settle this issue at the earliest.
