[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — extended warranty support | |||
Hi, I own a TVS Apache 180 ABS, which was purchased back in 20 April 2016. At the time of purchase I also opted for extended warranty as well. I've read the list which has details of the parts covered under extended warranty and I've also done servicing of my bike from authorised service center as per the guidelines. At the moment, I have an issue with the bike, the ABS and the speedometer stopped working and I took the bike to the service center and they said that the rear wheel speed sensor is not working and also "N9161800 WIRING HARNESS" is at fault. They also said that the rear sensor would be changed under warranty, but the wiring harness is not covered under the extended warranty. But as per the extended warranty booklet, the wiring is covered (check attachment) What am I missing here? Would really appreciate if you could clarify this. Was this information helpful? | |||
