I have purchased tvs jupiter with full payment from saibaba tvs showroom hinjawadi, pune. After 10days purchesing i got a call from saibaba for rto passing processes but unfortunately i lost my side mirror and tool kit from showroom itself. On next day mr. Manager (Mr. More and sales girl laxmi) promised me that they will check cctv cameras and we will provide home delivery for lost material. Now its been almost 2 to 3 weeks they are still checking cctvs. Also sales girl not picking my calls. 2 3 weeks with out side mirror i can't ride my bike if something happens who will be responsible. Still now i haven't got any call from them. I really don't know what type of service they are providing. Now i want to raise this compliment officially.
