Hi TVS team, I purchased a new vehicle TVS Wengo BS IV From OM Automobiles, Pauri Gharwal on 25th June 2020. After 1 month o[censored]sage my Wego started giving problem and it has been immediately informed to the service Centre and they replaced the battery also but nothing changed. It has been 3-4 month now i am not using vehicle anymore because unable to start the Vehicle. Scotty has been submitted to service Centre twice but no proper resolution has been received. Om Automobile is failed to provide any solution against my complaint, they opened Job card only after I argued with the manager for 5 minutes. It is very very Disappointing that a new vehicle is giving such problem. I am wondering what kind of product and service is provided by TVS motors. How do you Ensure or take steps to check your dealers and service canter operate in a way so that proper service should be provided to customers. I want an immediate and concrete action to be taken against the Dealer and Immediate resolution to be provided by TVS Motor against my Complaint. Also TVS motor has to Compensate against the problem and Difficulties faced by my uncle physically, Mentally and Financially. Was this information helpful? | |||
