Hello, i purchased my tvs jupiter classic (Brown color) and got the delivery on 10th oct from supreme tvs, kalyan in faulty condition. There was minor aligning issue with the part that is below the seat just behind the area where we rest legs while riding scooter. Thought its due to minor fixing issue and asked the service guy to get it fixed a month later when i did first free service.
In my presence, he opened and tried to fixed it and realised that the fixure of the part was broken internally. Hence, it is not any accidental damage but internal faulty fixure which was confirmed from service guy. Service center told me to claim insurance for the part replacement. If the part of the scooter i received is defective from the first day i purchased the scooter, then why should i claim my insurance??
Suggest me the process, i'm expecting the part will be replaced by tvs with no cost and no insurance claim as its fault from the company/local tvs dealer.
