I bought my biketvs apache 160 (Dl5s-ba-0390) from binsar tvs (Babarpur-shahdra-east delhi) in the year 2017 april.
From second service itself i found clutch problem and escalated the same in every bike service. From last 2 months i have left my bike thrice to the service center for 3 to 4 days for the same issue.
In my last service, senior service center manager has assured me that this will be the last time when i need to leave my bike for 2-3 days. He said that they will check this bike thoroughly once and will correct it accordingly. Later on after 4 days i got my bike back with the same problem.
Due this issue i have face many challenges on road and many times i was about to meet with an accident as after getting stopped in red light, gear doesn’t get change which occurred scaring situation.
I have tried all the possible aspects and co-operated a lot with your service center and service center management/foxs but now i am not in position to leave my bike again and again for servicing as it has already gave me lots of money hit due to travelling in taxi in absence of my bike. So i request you to take immediate appropriate action on this or else i will not have any other choice rather than going to consumer court.
