Tvs Motor Company — issues still exist after servicing | |||
Hi, This is to bring to your notice the poor services of tvs’s service. My tvs wego has got issues since last service (Invoice no.: 3103, dated 18/08/2018) at service centre “arvind motors” (Agra, u. P.), in which the faulty “relay starter motor” was changed as there were problems in “self-start” and electric wiring (As the employees of service centre had told me after the service, that they had to fix some wiring too). From next day of servicing, the “self-start” has stopped operating. It has not been a month since the last service yet there is problem with “self-start”. I went to arvind motors service centre on date 10/09/2018, still the employees at the service centre are saying that they will charge money for the further servicing of my tvs wego. I would have never bought your wego, if i had known that there would be such poor services. My desirable resolution is to solve my problem without charging money. I am very much displeased by tvs’s arvind motors’ services and i request you to take some authorized actions to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
