[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — late delivery of vehicle, no proper washing and rubbish behavior of staff

Date of incident:- 19/01/2018, Reg. no.MH14 DW7881.
This is third time that i had got my vehicle not properly serviced at TVS SAIBABA, Kalbhornagar chinchwad. And instead of bad service the staff (WM) Dattatray Dagde and (GM) Vijay R.Yadav Argued with me and also delayed the delivery of bike. Photos attached of for proof. Bad experience really. Instead of resolving the problem of washing and delay happened the staff were blaming their juniors for the delay. And also when i was given the service invoice they were adding additional charges of changing bolt of front wheel and after i asked about what is this haven't you called before changing it the answer was more shocking " i forgor to call you sir" what is this ??? is this the way you handle your customers not a single call if you are changing my bike parts its not issue of Rs 100 or more its about changing parts without my permission. I also have another vehicle Mahindra Gusto and they had given the best service for that after servicing they massage you that your vehicle is ready please collect GREAT. And here i was calling the service center is my vehicle ready or not ???(at 6;30 pm)the time i had wasted there and also the arguments with the staff really made me think about the next servicing at your service center and also purchase of my new vehicle from TVS. Really i was a big fan of TVS the quality and the service they provide but these people changes my view about TVS. I want reply of this complaint on my mail. And also want to know either the staff at kalbhornagar, chinchwad, given some warning letters or not because when i told them that i will give complaint of this they told me do whatewar you want to do there is no issue. so i want strict action on the above said matter. thanking you
