Tvs Motor Company — manufacturing defect in new tvs zest (scooty) | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have purchased one tvs zest 110 scooty on 10th june 2017 from sai tvs, bariatu, ranchi. (Registration no: jh01cl3606) I am facing one manufacturing problem from day one and it is not properly rectified by the service center i. E. Head-lamp bulb going fuse every time at some interval. I have gone so many times to service center but they only replace the bulb and told problem solved, it happens almost 5-6 times but they are not given the proper solution now they are telling the problem with the regulator, after continuously 10-12 days followup they are telling they don't have the parts right now. Now a days your service center person not responding properly. Due to this same problem i stuck 2 times in night during driving, this is driver & passenger safety issue also but they are very careless about this matter. So tvs are unable to rectify the problem then please return my money, so i can purchase by another manufacturer. Was this information helpful? | |||
