My name is mohd gaus ansari since i have buy the scooter i am facing soo much of problem from last 6 month the date of purchase of vehicle is 19/may/2018 tvs ntorq 125 vehicle number is :- mh 02 ex 3222. Till now i have gone to service center 15-20 times but not getting any good service response from the sevice center hare krishna tvs located in mumbai charkop. Every month am facing new problem. Recently my bike was broke down since last 2hr i am standing in dadar station s. B road dadar west 400028 my scooter is broken not getting started with self or kick i have done 20 to 25 call on sevice center/road side assistance every time i call i get different guy who keep telling me one line "5 minutes me call ayega" i want you to listen every call done on my no m not getting any help from your side next time or i didn't suggest any one to buy tvs automobile please check you service and upgrade it next time ill do complain in consumer court. Recently i got my scooter from sevice center hare krishna tvs charkop i dont know how do they do service from then i getting this problem. Please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
