Tvs Motor Company — Neglecting and ignorant behavior of tayal tvs during service | |||||
Today on 19-3-17 went to tayal tvs, faridabad for my jupiter zx Econd free service. I reached at 8:45 am my sequence no was "8". Only engine replacement was to be done they took 1.5 hrs for that after service my jupiter was lined for washing. The washing person took no 10 instead of 8 and 9 even after telling him he didn`t listened to my words i complained to service manager but he did nothing. After washing it was lined for final polishing but same thing repeated no 10 vehicle was taken first even though 8, 9 was there in waiting. I told the person to take 8 no vehicle but he didn`t listened again i complained the service manager and tvs tayal ownerin charge again no action were taken neglecting the customer. I asked for complaint register to register my complainant but they don`t have that nor they gave me feed back form even after asking. I paid the bill for rs 230 and took my jupiter without final polishing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
