Hello team, This is to bring on your notice regarding my complaint no : 70019 that i am getting pathetic service from your team. I am chasing your team regarding my number since 2 months but i am getting responses like its been escalated to higher levels. If its been escalated to higher levels then why i am not getting any concrete solution. Why don't you understand the risks associated with this if i get caught by traffic police your team will not be there to pay the fine. If this continues i would not recommend tvs vehicles to anyone in future. Kindly provide me the solution within next week or else i have to escalate this issue to higher management.
