Dear sir/madam This is really sad that i am approaching to tvs directly for the following reason, i have given my moter bike tvs apache rtr 160 fi registration number is up32 ct 5635 to trilok singh and company, 1 ashok marg, hazratganj crossing, lucknow. Which is your service center on 18/8/2017. It has been 80 days to get serviced my bike which has having a starting problem. Which not get resolved till date and no confirmation of delivering. Since it is a height of negligence from the service center and i am really suffering a lot, this is my mistake that i have purchased your vehicle. However i have no solution except to compliant directly to you. This is my humble request that please look into the matter and resolve it immediately or provide me a vehicle to commute.
