We gave our ntorq scooter (Tn07 cr 5981) for first service and after we got delivered from service center my scooter stopped automatically if we accerelate above 40 and they took half an hour to deliver our scooter. Apart from that they dint even sign on the service checklist while delivering the scooter. When we called to complaint center, no response from them
Even when we got our new scooter ntorq delivered on jan 16th 2019 at morning 11.30 and they haven't checked the indicators lights were working or not. After the delivery we found out that the indicator wasn't working and we took it to adyar showroom at 1.30pm on the same day, they took two halfhours to fix the indicator and there was no proper response from anyone who were working in the showroom and we were sitting in the corner like an idots without any clue. Again i complained to their customer care service, there was no response after my call.
I don't know that because it's a scooter they are not give # about the service or what??? If we would have bought expensive bike from their showroom means i hope they would have given royal service to us.
Pleaase take immediate action. Otherwise you will lose loyal customers like us. Was this information helpful? |
