I have raised a complaints with reference number 119501 and i have been promised that one of the executive will visit my house to look at the issue with my jupiter scooter. I got a message from shree sai wheels asking to visit their workshop. My complaint was specifically against them as they dont have good mechanic to resolve the problem. Please re-look at my original complaint and resolve the issue

Updated by Ruma1808 This is regarding my complaint 119501. The issue is not resolved and again I m facing same problem. Where is the end this. Can thus be escalated to highest level or I will go to consumer court.
They are only changing the spark plug every time and temporarily starting the scooter. Not addressing the real issue
