Tvs Motor Company — problem in my battery from past 4 to 5 months

Good afternoon,

My self nilesh b borde purchase tvs jupiter in aug 2017 from rishab motors pune. After one year of purchase as on date bike running is 4500 in year. My wife hardly drive 5 km every day from home to office and back home. From past 4 to 5 months my bike battery discharge very often we have operated bike without button start. Now i have given my bike to your service center for checking as per them battery is very weak but two months above the warrenty. My question to him that battery life is only 1 year?. I have purchased new bike bcoz of good service and satisfaction. Please note proudcuct is faulty and i m looking for battery replacment.
