Tvs Motor Company — Regarding Bike Servicing | |||
I bought tvs Jupiter on 10/07/2019. MH 26 BP 8258.there were 4 servicing free from the company. The first two servicing were free, but when servicing numbers three and four, the servicing center was closed due to lockdown and calls for servicing from them didn't come, that's why I couldn't take the bike. But now when the bike was taken for servicing and after servicing done they gave me the bill and told me that "your validity is over and it is a paid servicing . I asked "why didn't you inform me about this before servicing?" He said "The person who received your bike is not present here and you will not get the bike unless you pay". Inside I am calling customer care but the call does not connect ... I pay bill but even they refuse to give printed bill. Is it my fault for having a lockdown? Nor is it my fault that the service center is closed due to lockdown. So why should I pay the price alone ..?
