[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — regarding extra payment taken by the company

I have serviced my jupiter at your dealer named ds automotive.. Which is situated at haridwar road mohkampur near railway fatak district dehradun.
Service was good but they submit a bill amount of rupees 1788.
But when i told them to take the payment by card the took 2% extra from me.
I just want to ask why i pay extra n if whole country is running on gst. No upr ka tax should be encluded.
Plz resolve this asap.

TVS Motor Company Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

We are not taking any extra surcharge.Its the SBI POS machine swiping charge.You can confirm the same from SBI branch.
