Complaint marked as Resolved I visited their Faridabad workshop. There Satya, workshop manager checked my bike and sugeest me to go to Okhla workshop as parts was not available at Faridabad workshop. Also he ensured me for best service and he called Mr.Pankaj, manager at Okhla's service centre and told which part has to be changed in my bike. But Pankaj asked then if i will pay by cash (as he was may be thinking i will use my complain against this and will demand for free repairing, but i paid all the amount without asking a single penny discount . but this is really so unfair question asked by a manager.). Day before yesterday i went to Okhla centre and called Pankaj, manager at Okhla service centre. He told that meet Mr. Sandeep as he was busy in some meeting. It was around 1.00 p.m and i handed over my bike to Mr. Sandeep. He then told that i have to wait as lunch time was about to start. So i waited. When their mechanic Amit checked my bike i explained him about all the problems i am facing. He listened and said dont woory i will take care. At the end of day around 6 p.m. he foxed all the problems i was facing sonce past 5 months. He changed some of parts. I was satisfy with his service. It really appreciated. I left by 7 p m from their service centre but till then their service manager Pankaj not came to me even for a single time to met me or to check mechanic that what is he doing for resolving my issue. It is very bad and shamwdul and un professional behaviour by a Manager that too in auch a big organisation.
