[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — regarding misbehavior of staff and very poor service quality | |||
Hi, This is in reference to the above subject that I am owner of TVS Apache RTR 180. Every time I go for the free service at agency. The support staff as well as service persons are not working their work properly. Even I am going for my free services, they are taking charges for their service, and also not doing their proper work. I am not happy with their work. They also take a very long time to do the service. It took around 5 to 6 hours to get service done. Along with this they also do not doing the entry of entry and exit time. When I asked them to enter the time, they misbehaved with me and told me that who I am to ask them anything. If this is the way of your working then I think you should change your customer service. Because when your customer is not happy then I think your business is not going to grow. Please look into the matter and resolve this issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
