[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — regarding negligence in servicing | |
Hi guys, On 13th of january 2018, i gave my bike for servicing of chain socket and while servicing they hadn't tightened the rear break properly, due to this careless thing, i met with a accident. And this is not the 1st time these service provider are doing, last time they hadn't tightened the gear shifter properly and i was about to met with an accident that time also. They may say, while we handover the bike we should check everything, but during handover time everything is working and after nearly 50km if this happens, how? Don't they have value for our life?
