Tvs Motor Company — rude behaviour after sales | |||||
I got the bike from kamal tvs chembur mumbai last month. I suggested my friend also to get same bike he has also got the same bike. Till now everything was good. I noticed from my friends bike there something issue with this part in my bike. I took the bike to the kamal service centre then they said the lock has broken from inside. They said we can't do anything about it in good manners and when i spoke to person from showroom he was so rude. I do have his recording also how rude he was. Service is not good and no one pick call any customer care in Punjab .
I hate this type to ignorance by TVs I will never purchase or service by TVs hoshiarpur survive centre . Bad experience.
