Poor service provided by speedwheel tvs service centre khopat, thane west

Have submitted my vehicle jupiter mh04 gw 9564 on 10/10/2018 and was told that you will receive vehicle tommorow. Next day i went to service centre but vehicle was not taken for servicing and was also not informed about that.
After that i was told that vehicle will be received tommorow by sure by evening of 12/10/2018.

But know one receipting call at service centre and same has not been informed about the work.

Very poor service is been provided by service centre. No one is concerned about this at service station.

Kindly do the needfull.

Updated by Vipul Bedmutha Today service centre in not opened and same should have been informed me yesterday. But service centre person told me you will get your vehicle tomorrow 100%.

False statement given by service centre persons and making fool of customers.
