Tvs Motor Company — service complaint raised against a dealer of tvs motors but no actions taken

An extreme disappointment for neither any actions taken, nor received any reply to my email against a complaint raised against an authorised service centre of tvs motors. This shows how serious this company is towards its customers issues. When called the customer service centre a few days ago, the customer care representative was so reluctant to take the complaint even. Hence drafted an email to the registered customer care email id. And the status is, no emails received nor any actions taken. I feel this big a company with such kind of infrastructure is expected to provide better services. Demise in the name of customer service.
I immediately plan to sell tvs scooty pep + and purchase another vehicle. Very sad and disappointed.

Updated by M. Rao Further to add to my complaint raised above, the vehicle was serviced during May 2018 and now a charge of 8k to 10k is being asked for...for a vehicle purchased for rs. 49k by the service centre. Also it is taking nearly a weeks time for the Kaushik motors service centre to service and repair. Is it not a bit bizzare. No one else is responding to the service call except for one person. I just hope that my vehicle when returned would be repaired/serviced properly so that I can sell this vehicle and purchase another new vehicle from a different company.
