Tvs Motor Company — Very bad service received during vehicle repair in tvs showroom | |||
I have purchased tvs jupiter from pores auto sangli in april end. Same damage in june so i given it to show room for repair on 16 june. At time of sending vehicle i have informed my complaint about left mirror. On 17 june i phone show room about vehicle repair complete they told me same ready. When i went there mechanic come outside for delivery with our mirror. When asked for same he again take back vehicle same & told me to wait. After few minutes come back with vehicle with out glass & told me mirror not available at show room. Then there talked in very rudely & told me to take delivery with out mirror. Now i have to use vehicle with out mirror person in show room unable to tell when same available. This is very bad experience of tvs show room for me. This is serious complaint against opore auto. I bought a tvs Jupiter from tvs behror and they sell their accessories forcely to me of rupees2800 . they say that this is provided by company and you have paid for it.
