Tvs Motor Company — three months old TVS bike

my three months tvs bike jacks and ceases when on motion as if fuel finishes even though there is enough fuel. Carburetor check and no problem with carburetor, five mechanic technician has tried to solve the problem but all to no avail. please, help me on how to resolve this problem.
