I own a tvs jupiter. And have starting problem from the beginning bsiv. I had purchased the vechile in the month of november 2017.in the month of july the vechile stopped functioning and this had been towed to vashi agree sai wheels tvs service station.
They took 4 days to resolve the issue had finally changed the spark plug and told me that issue resolved and charged me as they said spark plug is not covered in the warranty.
Now i have realised they had done nothing as the problem reoccurred. I m unable to use my scooter. I beleive the shree sai wheelservice center at vashi nahi mumbai dont have good mechanic and lost trust on them.
Please arrange to get my scooter at your main service centre and rectify the problem. Please make sure that thus is rectified for one and all.
The vechile is in my wife's name ruma biswas and frame no is md626eg48h1n23455
I m very disgusted with the performance and beleive the model is defective. Also you charge for everything during your so called free servicing and when questioned they say this is not part of warranty.
