I had purchased TVS Jupiter from Authroized dealer i.e. Hare Krishna Dealers in Kandivali.
I was told and i have confirmation also that Insurance is 5 years own damage, 5 years third party and 5 years other add ons like Personal Accident Policy.
When i received the Insurance document it only mentioned of 5 years third party insurance. Own Damage and Personal Accident Policy is mentioned as 1 year.
I contacted Insurance Company. They informed that Dealer has provided the details to them based on which policy is issued.
I contacted the dealer in March. He mentioned that he will rectify the same.
Later because of Covid lockdown i was not able to contact them.
Now when i tried contacting Hare Krishna Dealer i came to know that it is closed and i need to contact TVS Customer Care.
I mailed TVS on mail id [protected]@tvsmotor.com on 29 August 2020. I have already contacted customer care atleast 7 times till date but i am getting same response that the concerned team will revert back.
I want to either get the insurance document rectified or get my money refunded.
