My dad bought tvs vehicle 2 weeks back and referred me to buy tvs vehicle using refer tvs meera option. This week i made full payment for new vehicle. During invoice generation referral code which i got from tvs meera was not working. When i checked with the customer care, they told there was a problem in it team and asked me to wait. I waited for 2 days. But of no use. They didn't get back to me and didn't solve the issue. My dealer told already wrong information is entered during invoice generation. If we did for multiple times then invoice itself blocked. So i asked my dealer to proceed invoice without referral code. Tvs meera refer friend is the worst customer service i ever seen. They gave false promises and made me to wait for 2 days. After that they didn't pick the call. Worst customer service.
