My name is mrudula, i purchased tvs ntorq in july 2018 in bangalore vellam sir tvs showroom (Indian motors agencies). From day 1 i am facing bike starting problem and bike is getting stopped in between while driving. I told to showroom pole they never look in to it property...
One day (Within one week of bike purchase) bike has not started and show room mechanic came and took bike by pushing. When i went there showroom manager munisetty said some thermosensor coil problem and they changed. I asked them y u have given a defect bike? And showroom manager faught with me and asked me to go to consumer court very rude way.
As they promised bike never worked properly and against three days ago oct 08 2018 i just missed an accident just bcoz bike got stopped in between road so, i took bike to showroom and now they changed carburettor. And they are saying you will not get any problem now.
I believe in tvs company and paid 76000/- and purchased bike
1. Why should i face all these problems from two months?
2. Why can't company take my bike back and provide new bike?
3. Why should i use a defect bike?
4. If one or other day something happens to me just bcoz of this bike issues who is responsible? Will tvs company will take responsibility?
Hoping tvs company will get answer to my questions and solve these issues...
I have all proofs about my bike issues and what showroom people changed parts
