I had made general service for my vehicle scooty streek vehicle no. Tn23ah 6539 on 08/02/2018 with a complaint of horn not working and general service the bill comes to rs.1100/-

After being serviced my vehichle begin with starting trouble for that, till date i had put my vehicle six times in your service centre due to the same starting trouble.

During this period of one and half month my vehicle was with your service centre for more than four days for the same complaint but till it is not rectified. They told it is rectified but within a day the same complaint raised, the mechanic people bring my vehicle two days from my house at eb colony kalinjur due to the problem o[censored]nable to start the vehicle.

Now your mechanic people told day before yesterday only there was a problem in the engine that bore and head to be repaired for that it cost more than rs.5000/-. My vehicle dont have any problem before giving to service in your company, from the day of service in your company only that starting problem developed, from the day of service my vehicle run less than 200 kms only.

I cant able to understand how the engine problem developed suddenly and why your people not able to identify this at the time of service and during this period of 45 days (During this period i put my vehicle 5 times in your service centre)

The way your people servicing the vehicle is not satisfactory and it cause more mental worry and getting more disturbance due to starting trouble and unable to use the vehice.

Finally i put the vehicle in your service centre on 07/04/2018 so i request you to rectify the mistake made by your service people.

I had purchased hero hondo passion pro during august 2016 at the time of purchase sales people told milage for this vehicle is 80 kmpl. But from the date of purchase it gives less than 40kmpl now it gives only 32kmpl. I repeatedely giving service into the authorised dealer only. Very poor milage is the vehicle gives that much milage only kindly clarify. Is the sales people giving false statement for selling the vechicle
