TVS Motor Company — worst service follow up

I am using apache rtr200 bearing reg. No. Dl5saw6871, i am facing some issues from day 1. Noise from the handle and chain set when ever i usually go for normal service (Binsar tvs delhi) your team does some adjustments and give back to me with the assurance that this will not occur again, but its been one year now still facing with the same issue and your team says now that this parts are required to be changed on payment basis which would be payable from your end, because bike ran 21000km and i am yelling for this problem from day 1 itself, so were you guys waiting for it that it should run 21000km and i should
Bear the cost?
Unfortunately i met with an accident and had submitted bike to binsar tvs delhi for insurance work on the very next day i. E on 10th of december but there is no proper follow up happening from your service team, every time i call them to check the status and the best part is they take the issues casually saying call us in 4-5days to take the update, when i called them again they don’t have parts available so they again asked me to call them after 5days, after waiting patiently when i am calling them now they have stopped responding to my calls.
Is this the way to attend their clients concerns and check their patience?? I am a loyal customer of tvs, i am currently using apache 200, apache 160, jupiter and planing to buy apache 310r but this incident proves shouldn’t purchase any vehicle further nor should recommend anyone from now onwards.
I am writing this mail to you so that you can go ahead with the concerns and solve it on immediate basis otherwise you would be forcing me to go legal
